How long dose a Detail take?

4-6 hours on average. Complete details could take up to a day and a half. Ceramic coatings take two days.
Do I need to do anything before dropping off my vehicle?

Before leaving your vehicle with us please remove all trash, valuables and belongings. Anything found loose in vehicle will be collected in belonging bags and placed back in vehicle after detail is complete. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
Do you remove child car seats?

We will only remove car seats if you booked a Complete Detail including Shampoo otherwise we will clean around it. Please Remove any Booster seats before your appointment. You are responsible to re-install your own car seats due to insurance liability.
If i have allergies or scent sensitivities how will you clean my car?

Steam cleaning is Hypoallergenic and dose not require any cleaning chemicals. If you have any specific allergies Ex. Citrus We will not use any products containing such. We will only use scent in your vehicle if we have your permission.
How do I maintain my Ceramic Coating?

Make an appointment with Zen Auto Spa annually or semi annually for Ceramic coat Recharge where we Acid Wash, Remove any tar or bug splatter and check coating health after decontamination process then apply a Graphene Ceramic top coat to refresh and add another 6-9 months of protection over your coating.
How much for only an Interior Detail?

Zen Signature Steam Clean is a deep interior cleaning process starting at $300.00 including upholstery seat & carpet shampoo, vinyl dressing & windows. Excessive pet hair removal & headliner cleaning is an additional cost.
